PhD council
The PhD council looks after the specific interests of the PhD students. The chairman represents the PhD council in the VLAG Board. He/she may consult the scientific director periodically. The PhD council is given the possibility to advise on changes proposed for the training- and supervision plan. Meetings of the PhD council are in principle open for all PhD students.
The VLAG-WU PhD council meets every three months. For about one hour current issues that are of interest for VLAG PhD students are discussed.
The coming meeting is scheduled for Friday January 14th, 2011 from 12.00-13.15 in the Blue Room, Biotechnion (building 307, Dreijen). If you have a topic that you would like to have discussed within the PhD council (e.g. PhD graduation regulations), please send an e-mail to: Eveline.Hooft@wur.nl.
