VLAG cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions for course participants

In case you have to cancel your registration, ALWAYS inform us by sending an e-mail to vlag@wur.nl

The following cancellation conditions apply;

  • Cancellations up to 1 month before the event will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made between 1 month and 1 week before the event will be charged 25% of the fee
  • Cancellations made within 1 week before the event, during the event or ‘no shows’ will be charged the full fee*

* an exemption for charging the cancellation or full fee may be made for PhDs and postdocs of Wageningen University who have a valid reason to cancel; this will be judged by VLAG office

Note: By NOT paying the participation fee, your registration is NOT automatically cancelled and you will be kept to the cancellation conditions.

Cancellation of courses by VLAG

VLAG reserves the right to cancel events in case of an insufficient number of participants, organizational reasons, changes of availability of speakers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event impossible and/or not worthwhile. In this case VLAG shall immediately inform participants of such changes.
Should an event be cancelled for reasons as outlined above, we will refund the event fee in full.
